Air Man is Dr. Wily's Robot Master built for weaponized purposes. In issue 11, Mega Man tried Atomic Fire on Air Man first, but Air Man easily snuffed the flames out with his Air Shooter. He is destroyed by the Leaf Shield.
He was rebuilt by Ra Moon.
