Dr. Mikhail Cossack is the creator of Pharaoh Man. He is a long time friend of Dr. Light's. He is the host of the Robot showcasing. His daughter is Kalinka Cossack. He is briefly seen in the issue #20 in sort of a cameo role where he was battling Mega Man but he was torn by doing so. It was not explained why he was fighting as it was in the far future. In a later issue it was hinted at Dr. Cossack was creating a Robot Master called Bright Man.
